In addition to any service calls logged by you, there are also a number of daily tasks that are performed by our engineers as part of our service contracts:

  • Backup Monitoring – If back-up fails a call is logged for a member of the Team to work on immediately
  • Monitor Anti Virus, Ensure latest Antivirus Definitions are in place
  • Monitor Servers to ensure maximum performance
  • Ensure Latest Microsoft Packs are applied weekly to both the Servers and PC’s on site through remote access
