Arline Watson
Arline leads RBK’s Technology Solutions division, while also working with clients to identify areas where Technology would add value to their businesses; such as process automation, system audits, system Integration, waste elimination, automated financial reporting, system selection & project management.
Arline has gained extensive knowledge & experience in IT systems including Financial, Payroll, ERP, Time recording and EPOS.

Caitriona Keane
Caitriona, a Senior Manager in the Information Technology team, provides strategic advice to clients based on their commercial requirements across a range of systems including hardware & software technologies and Web Development & ecommerce and has extensive experience in computerised financial systems.
Caitriona has worked in a Project Management capacity co-ordinating a number of large projects working with clients, vendors, consultants and computer specialists. Specific projects include needs analysis, budgets, system selection, strategic technology planning and implementation.
Caitriona manages client account relationships working closely with a number of key clients.

Brenda McCormack
Brenda is responsible for our Managed Services and is the first point of contact for all of our clients.
Brenda joined RBK in 2005 and since then has built up a strong relationship with our clients. Prior to this Brenda was Helpdesk Team Leader in Ericsson’s, Athlone for 8 years.Managed Services

Louise O’Connor
Louise is a Manager in our Information Technology department.
Louise has worked in a Project Management capacity on a number of large projects. Specific projects include Training needs analysis, system selection, strategic technology planning & implementation with extensive experience in computerised financial systems and MS Office.

Dermot Cunningham
In his role as senior Software Consultant, specialising in both Accounts and Payroll Software, Dermot is directly responsible for the support, training and maintenance of all our software packages, including Sage, Pegasus Capital Gold, Pegasus Opera II, Micropay and Quantum. He is directly involved in maintaining personal and quality relationships with both our consultants and clients. Previously, Dermot was a Financial Controller working mainly in the retail sector.

Mandy Moore
Mandy is also reponsible for Managed Services within RBK Technology. She joined the team in 2004 having worked in Bank of Ireland and HP Ireland previously.
She is responsible for all IT Procurement for new and existing client base, the administration of both hardware & software maintenance contracts. Mandy works closely with clients to ensure that they get the best service available to them.

Declan Starken
Declan leads the network engineering team.
Declan has the responsibility of ensuring that all our clients are utilising the latest technology avail-able. His areas of expertise include Server Hardware, Network Operating Systems, Remote Office/User Links to Head Offices, Diverse Backup Solutions, Disaster Recovery and Security Audits. He has successfully delivered projects for a number of our clients within budget and timelines.
Declan has considerable specialist experience in supporting & maintaining large IT networks and prior to joining RBK worked for five years with Dell Enterprise Support Team and for two years with N.I.S., Tullamore.
